Web Design

I have worked on a variety of websites over the years. This includes fresh designs, edits of current websites, and writing/editing content. Below, you can find some samples of my work. If you would like to hire me to design or edit your website, please bear in mind that I will only work on eco-friendly sites. This includes: environmental organizations, pet care, plant care, shops that sell organic products, or businesses with exceptionally high green business practices/standards.

Click this button to hire me for a project. This also allows you to view more of my portfolio, other employer ratings of my work, and basically ensures that all the "legal stuff" (taxes, work monitoring, etc.) is taken care of.

You may wonder: What makes a website "green"? Well, the main thing is the purpose or focus of the site. Does it have anything to do with helping the environment or green living? This can include topics on animal welfare, forest conservation, recycling, sustainability, renewable energy, organic products for sale, and basic information on natural living (including for pets). Keep in mind, this is a very short list of topics that can be expanded in many directions. Another thing that makes a website "green" is the website host/domain registration company and programs used. For example:

I only select website hosts or domain registration companies that are either e-Green Certified or powered by renewable energy.
The programs I use to create the site are made by companies that have a strong environmental impact. Adobe is one of these companies. They are the world's first business to achieve 4 Platinum-level certifications for energy and environmental design excellence by the US Green Building Council.

My rate is $10.00 per hour. I expect payment bi-weekly for the number of hours worked.

I will also do rates per project, but these will vary and depend on the amount of work that needs to be done. Payments for this will also be expected on a bi-weekly basis.
